			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.davidbithell.com" target="_blank">David Bithell</a>, iARTA coordinator, will be heading to Belgium to perform his work <a href="http://www.vooruit.be/en/event/1619" target="_blank"><em>Table Setting</em></a> at the Ghent International Film Festival&#8217;s &#8220;<a href="http://www.vooruit.be/en/serie/42" target="_blank">Almost Cinema</a>&#8221; exposition on October 14th, 2008.  This work and others, collaboratively created and performed with Ali Momeni of the University of Minnesota, will be used as the starting point for a hands on <a href="http://www.hi-ka-sk.be/workshops/2008/almostcinema/index.html" target="_blank">workshop</a> taught for students of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts and the Higher Institute for Fine Arts in Ghent.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span><span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="http://www.rtvf.unt.edu/pages/facultystaff_pages/faculty_levin_m.html" target="_blank">Melinda Levin</a>, Department Chair of Radio Television and Film at UNT, is the Co-Executive Producer of a feature length documentary called the <em>Global Rivers Project</em>.  Here is her brief description of the project: </span></span></p>

In addition to the film, the production tested high-definition workflow on an international, documentary production.&#8221;<br />

<p><span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Partial funding and support was provided by Panasonic, Avid Technologies and B&amp;H Photo/Video in NYC.  This film will premiere in Beijing, China in November.</span></span></p>
