iARTA graduate student participant Chaz Underriner, in cooperation with CEMI, UTDallas and co-curators Andrew Miller and Jonathan Jackson, has created ex mus, a quarterly concert series seeking to cultivate and establish the field of experimental music in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. ex mus has presented programs at the CentralTrak Artist Residency and Gallery including a concert of music by Anastassis Philippakopoulos and a concert featuring composer/percussionist Nick Hennies.
